About the event
One of my favorite ways to connect with nature and healing my body is to explore the medicinal energetics of herbs. Incorporating healing elements in my food, my teas blends, and my spiritual practice allows versatile approaches to increasing a healthier lifestyle. I love herbs so much that I want to share my knowledge and experience with those that are willing to learn.
This workshop discusses the basics of healing herbs, making our own tea blends, functional uses of different medicinal herbs, and tasting each herb in a variety of digestible ways.
