What is a health coach?
A health coach helps people that are struggling to meet their health goals through an individually designed program that works fluidly with the client's lifestyle. Knowledge is power, especially knowing our own body's intuitive and physical needs. A true holistic approach encompasses all aspects of one's whole self and lifestyle. As a practicing health coach, I am consciously on my own journey of listening to my body's needs in every pillar of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. In my practice, I advocate for personalized nutrition and practical action steps in order to discover the root causes preventing us from our innate vitality. Growing up in an environment that was not informed of the extent of individual health needs, I made many poor decisions that effected my body image, my hormonal health, and overall confidence within myself. I understand the frustration of not knowing where to begin, and I am here to help. Set up a free consultation with me and together we can establish a space for healthy, actionable growth and bio-individual milestones to continue on a life-long journey that will adapt with our ever evolving lifestyles.

What Works For You
Everyone has different requirements and preferences when it comes to health. It is not a one size fits all. Additionally, health has many elements that are not just physical. In order to ensure everyone’s bio-individual needs, let’s get to know one another so that we can form health goals and a plan of action that adequately works for you! After setting up a first initial health consultation. We can discuss a health plan that works best for you. Options for the health coach program include: 6 weeks | 12 weeks | 24 weeks

Herbal Workshops & Tea Parties
As humans, we are social creatures. An important aspect to health is the connection that we have with others. We may all have different dietary needs, but nature brings us back to balance. In my health journey, I practice with a variety of nutritious and medicinal herbs. These herbs make me feel connected to nature and more in tune with my body. These events are hosted by me. We discuss the foundation of holistic health, beginner friendly herbs, creating herbal formulas, and taste testing herbal concoctions

Building a healthy relationship with food can factor the energy levels that we experience daily. Finding balance on our plate is essential for healthy and functioning affinities. Our bodies crave essential minerals and macronutrients in order to work properly. I am here to offer meal ideas and introduce herbal remedies as a helpful tool for you to thrive on your wellness journey.
